Most Popular: Personal Training + Online Coaching – $89 per week (12-week minimum)
The full experience. Combine weekly Personal Training at Ezyfit with ongoing coaching support.
You'll get:
Custom strength programming
Nutrition guidance
Mindset tools
Habit tracking
Fortnightly check-ins
Ideal if you're ready for structure, accountability, and long-term change.
1-on-1 Personal Training – $50 per 30-minute session
One-on-one gym sessions focused on strength, technique, and confidence. Includes in-app messaging and habit tracking for extra support between sessions.
Online Coaching (Without PT) – $49 per week (12-week minimum)
Includes personalised training and nutrition plans, mindset tools, and fortnightly check-ins—delivered via my coaching app.
Perfect if you’re self-motivated but still want structure, accountability, and expert support without needing to train in person.
Nutrition Only – $39 per week (12-week minimum)
Personalised nutrition guidance with in-app access, habit tracking, and fortnightly check-ins.
